🔄 Returns
Conditions for Returns:

Original Packaging: Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Partial Refund: If items are used or opened, we reserve the right to withhold a portion of the refund amount.

Hygiene Products: For hygiene reasons, products such as vibrators and cone trainers can only be returned if the seal is intact and the product is not defective.

Vouchers: Return of vouchers and e-vouchers is not possible.

A return receipt is included with your order. Please fill it out and include it in your return package.

Stick the return shipping label visibly on the parcel.
3. Shipping the Return

Return your parcel via your nearest post office.

Please note, we do not cover any pick-up costs.
For quicker processing, especially for international orders or cash purchases, kindly complete your bank details on the return shipping label to expedite the refund.
Refund Period:

Refunds will be processed within 30 business days after we receive the return package and confirm it meets the return criteria.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.

How to Exchange Your Item:

Initiate the Exchange: Contact our customer service at 📩 bz@beautylion.ch to request an exchange. Provide your order number and the item you wish to exchange.

Return the Original Item: Follow the steps under the "How to Return Your Order" section to return the original item.

Exchange Processing: Once we receive your return, we will send the exchanged item to you, provided it is in stock. If the desired item is not available, we will notify you and suggest alternative options.
Please note that exchange items are subject to availability. If the product is unavailable, you may be offered a refund or a store credit.

Exchanges will be processed promptly once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the return criteria.

Partial Refunds: If the exchange involves a price difference (for example, if the new item costs less), we will issue a partial refund or charge the difference.
