Detox cure with zeolite powder 180g and saturation capsules 2x 120pcs.
30 minutes before breakfast mix 2 scoops of Detox with approx. 2dl water and drink, approx. 10 minutes later take 2-3 capsules (psyllium husks) with plenty of water.
Repeat this procedure before lunch and before dinner (3 times a day).
PlantaBiotic 60 capsules
take 2 capsules daily, one capsule after breakfast and one capsule after dinner.
OPC Pine Bark 60 capsules
2 capsules daily, one capsule 30 minutes after breakfast and one capsule 30 minutes after lunch or dinner.
Chlorella powder 2x 150g
In the evening before going to bed, mix 1 scoop of chlorella powder in 2dl of water and drink it all at once.
