We ship from Switzerland and offer both domestic and international delivery.

  • Switzerland: Free shipping on orders over CHF 100
  • Worldwide: Free shipping on orders over CHF 300

7. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with Swiss consumer law. Refunds are issued to the original payment method following inspection of the returned item.
