Building an anti-aging routine

Sequence matters more than product count. Apply treatments from thinnest to thickest texture, and reserve retinoids and strong actives for evening use. Introduce one active at a time — combining retinoids, acids and vitamin C simultaneously often causes irritation that sets progress back.
