Orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email; this confirms receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you will receive a full refund.

5. Payment

All payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment providers. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, PayPal, TWINT, PostFinance, WeChat Pay, and Alipay. We do not store your full payment card details on our systems.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship from Switzerland and offer international delivery. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery address is correct — we are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect address details. Orders shipped outside Switzerland may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country, which are the customer's responsibility. 7. Returns and Refunds

You have 14 days from delivery to return unopened, unused products in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened cosmetics and supplements cannot be returned unless defective.
