How to Use

Mix 30 g powder (≈2 slightly heaped tablespoons) into 200 ml skimmed milk or a milk alternative. Use a shaker or whisk for best results. Drink 1-2 servings per day as needed. Ensure fluid intake of at least 2 L per day.
